About This Recipe

It is basically a silky, dense and rich cake made with cream cheese, eggs, sugar and a little flour or cornflour, which is baked in the oven. The combination of the buttery biscuit crust and the creamy filling is its main attraction. Creamy texture – melts in your mouth. Stable and classic taste – not too sweet, not too light either.

Cooking Instructions

✅ In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together on speed 2. When the cream cheese is smooth, beat in the cooking cream, sour cream/sour yogurt, cornflour and vanilla essence.

 ✅ When the sugar has melted, add the eggs and beat on low speed until just combined. Do not overbeat at this stage.

 ✅ Pour the mixture into a 6" mold and bake in a water bath at 150 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Cream cheese 250 grams
Sour cream or sour yogurt 50 grams
Cooking cream 60 grams
Eggs 1 piece
Sugar 60 grams
Cornflour 2 tablespoons
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
