When talking about macarons, the first thing to say is that they are a completely different type of dessert, small, colorful, and light, but require a lot of precision to make. Macarons are made with two shells and a creamy filling in the middle.
📌Beat the egg whites, cream of tartar until light and fluffy. Beat with castor sugar and make it 100% stiff.
📌Preheat the oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes, sprinkle almond powder on the tray and roast for 2/3 minutes. Remove and cool.
📌Sift, sift the icing sugar, mix with the egg whites.
📌Mix with the egg meringue using the cut and fold method and pipe into a piping bag.
📌Keep it under AC until it reaches touchable condition (for 1 hour), then bake it at the right temperature.
